State of Victoria Releases Discussion Paper on Access to Public Sector Information

This discussion paper provides a general overview of some of the major issues pertaining to the Australian State of Victoria's 'Inquiry into Improving Access to Victorian Public Sector Information and Data'.
The discussion paper has been prepared to stimulate discussion and to assist interested individuals and organisations to make written submissions to the Inquiry.
Questions have been posed throughout the discussion paper to assist interested parties in this process. The discussion paper does not exhaust all topics of potential relevance to this Inquiry, however, and people or organisations making submissions are free to raise any matters they think are relevant to the Inquiry in their submissions.
