The University of Canterbury is offering a Masters in GIS programme from 2011, with a specific focus on multi-disciplinary geographic information science.

The programme is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in GIS theory, technical skills, knowledge and applications, as well as research experience. There is also a course-work only Postgraduate Diploma in GIS programme. Both programmes are an excellent opportunity to upskill in this exciting and fast-growing field.
