EVENTS: The overall theme of the International Federation of Surveyors (FIG) 2010 conference is "Facing the Challenges - Building the Capacity". This theme is particularly relevant to today's world. We are now faced with a global economic crisis of immense proportions, and living in a world undergoing dramatic climate change whose consequences are unknown and, thus far, unpredictable. read more

EVENTS: Spatially Enabled Government Asia 2010 will focus on the strategies for data management and data sharing. The conference will draw on local case studies from countries across the Asian region to showcase the different geospatial applications for a variety of governmental purposes. read more
