Call for papers: Surveying and Spatial Sciences Conference 2011

In November 2011, New Zealand hosts one of the largest and most important spatial events in Australasia. The Surveying and Spatial Sciences Conference 2011 (SSSC2011) is jointly run by the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors and the Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute and will bring together the disciplines, sectors and user groups in an unprecedented all-of-industry event.

The theme of the conference - "Innovation in Action - Working Smarter" - represents the optimism we have for the future of the spatial industry and the tools and technologies it provides society.

We invite submissions for presentations, workshops or posters that relate to the disciplines of

- Land Surveying,

- Remote Sensing & Photogrammetry,

- Engineering & Mining,

- Hydrographic Surveying,

- Spatial Information & Cartography

Make your contribution informative, thought-provoking and memorable. Remember, many Surveying and GIS User Groups within New Zealand will incorporate their annual events within this conference. This is a rare opportunity to present your knowledge and experience to a multi-disciplinary audience in 2011.

SSSC2011 will be a landmark event - your contribution will make it a success.
